Questions people ask.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every new company starts with 14 days on trial, with the whole product available. No card is needed to start.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes. Today a plan change is made by Kirkle staff rather than from a button in Settings; ask and it is switched for you. Self-serve plan changes arrive with the payment provider.
- How do teammates join?
- You invite them by email from Settings. They get a link that expires, and their roles are set when you invite them. Someone who already has a Kirkle account can accept with it.
- Can I get my data out?
- Activity and message logs download as CSV from the Activity and Reports pages. A Google Sheets export is on the roadmap.
