Terms

The short version: Kirkle is the service described on this site, your agency owns everything it puts in, and the plan you are on sets the limits.

DraftPending legal review. It describes how Kirkle works today, in plain words.

  1. 01

    The service

Kirkle is the software described on the product page: a pipeline with gated stages, tickets routed to teams, activity and response-time reports, a knowledge base per property, and home pages per role. We keep it running and keep improving it.

  2. 02

    Your data is yours

Everything your agency enters stays your agency's. We hold it to run the service and for no other purpose. You can have it deleted at any time through the contact page.

  3. 03

    Accounts and roles

The person who creates a company is its owner. Owners invite members and set their roles; what a member can see and do follows from that. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us if you think an account has been used by someone else.

  4. 04

    Plans and limits

Each company is on a plan with the limits shown on the pricing page. Every new company starts on a free trial. Changing plan is done by Kirkle staff on request until self-serve billing arrives.

  5. 05

    Fair use

Use Kirkle for running an agency, not for anything unlawful, and do not try to reach another company's data. Doing so ends the account.

  6. 06

    Changes

When these terms change, the new version is published on this page with its date. Continuing to use Kirkle after that means you accept it.
