Privacy

Kirkle holds the data your agency puts into it, and very little else. This page says what that is, where it lives, who can see it, and how to have it removed.

DraftPending legal review. It describes how Kirkle works today, in plain words.

  1. 01

    What we collect

To run an account we keep the email address and name of each person who signs in, and the name of the company they belong to.

Everything else is what your agency enters: clients, properties and their knowledge base, tickets and comments, activity tallies, message logs, and files you upload. Kirkle does not go looking for anything beyond that.

  2. 02

    Where it lives

Records are stored in a Postgres database and uploaded files in storage, both run by Supabase. Each row carries the company it belongs to, and the database checks that on every read and write.

  3. 03

    Who can see it

Your own members, according to the roles and permissions your company set. A person sees only what their role allows.

Kirkle staff see companies as counts, never their records.

  4. 04

    What we do not do

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use one company's records to serve another.

  5. 05

    Cookies

The app sets the cookies needed to keep you signed in, and a preference for dark or light mode on your device. The marketing site sets none of its own.

  6. 06

    Deleting your data

Ask through the contact page and the company and everything inside it is removed. Activity and message logs can be downloaded as a spreadsheet first.
